Kamut Muffin Mix, Blue Corn

Muffin mix makes 15 muffins

Ingredients:

• Organic Blue Corn Flour
• Whole Wheat kamut Flour
• All-Purpose White Kamut Flour
• Sugar
• Baking Powder
• French Grey Salt

You will need:

• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup butter (melted)
• 2 eggs
• 2 Tablespoons honey
• 1 cup fresh/frozen blueberries (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a bowl, mix together muffin mix, milk, melted butter, eggs & honey until just combined. Fold in blueberries if using.
3. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
4. Bake for 18-22 min for regular and 10-12 min for mini.
